Great Gardens Party

The Great Gardens Party is the signature spring fundraising event to support Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park. The evening of fun includes a delicious sit-down dinner and beer and wine.
This gardens-themed party features a live and silent auction where guests can bid on rare plants, high-quality artwork and unique VIP experiences including private dinners, international and domestic vacations, concert tickets and so much more!
What makes this event so unique?- Horticultural experts carefully select plants, trees and garden materials to offer for auction and will be on hand to answer questions about caring for the plants.
- Pick a “flower” from the Wine Garden—white and red bottles of wine cleverly disguised as flowers. For $25 guests can pick a red or white ‘flower’ to get a surprise bottle of wine, many wines are worth much more than the cost of a pick.
- Auction tables will be spread out throughout the beautiful facility. Dinner will be served in the Grand Room.
- Champagne on Ice—100 flutes of champagne will be sold for $100 each. One lucky participant receives a flute containing a 1ct diamond pendant, while the others receive cubic zirconium.
