Introduction to Microgreens Workshop Full Class

These little seedlings will also add zest, color and flavor to your favorite foods—from soups and salads to sandwiches and smoothies. Learn about the wide variety of microgreens available, from basil and spinach to amaranth and cabbage, and discover how easy they are to grow. Sample foods made with microgreens and take home a starter kit with step by step instructions on how to grow and harvest them.
