Inspired by the human figure, Sean Henry’s interests lie in art contemplation. He doesn’t create portraits; he prefers figures to be ambiguous and open-ended for interpretation. Unlike many artists represented in the Sculpture Park, Henry clothes his figures. He chooses to dress them in contemporary, casual clothing which allows the sculptures relate to the viewer’s daily lives.
