Victory Eagle (Ann Arbor Eagle)

Marshall Fredericks served in the US military during World War II. Upon his discharge from the Air Force in 1945, he returned to sculpture and was commissioned to create a number of war memorials. Victory Eagle was one such memorial, with the eagle being a common representation of the United States.
