Taste of the Gardens Café with
The Grand Rapids Press Terrace
Enjoy culinary delights under a Chihuly sculpted ceiling or on The Grand Rapids Press Terrace. The Taste of the Gardens Cafe is home to Lena’s Garden, a wonderfully unique exhibit of vibrantly colored blown glass created exclusively for The Taste of the Gardens Café by sculptor Dale Chihuly. The uniquely shaped café is designed with large windows in a garden setting and seats approximately 170 guests. Included in your guests’ experience is the fabulous outdoor patio sponsored by The Grand Rapids Press. The open-air atmosphere for seating 50 guests is created by trees, gardens, and the lovely Wings of Morning sculpture by Marshall Fredericks, accented by a multi-tiered fountain. This space is available as an accent to your Grand Room reception or by itself for informal gatherings in a relaxed but stimulating environment.
