Grand Room and Atrium
Our spectacular Grand Room combined with the adjacent Atrium enhanced by a large Chihuly chandelier easily accommodates 660 guests for seated dinner events or 850 for conventions and seminars. The Grand Room may be divided in half to suit smaller groups of 230 dinner style or 340 theater style. When planning that special wedding, consider the Grand Room & Atrium combination. When setting the ceremony in the Atrium your guests will be seated under the stars viewed through the leaf shaped glass skylight. After the ceremony they can easily flow into the elegant Grand Room for your reception. The Grand Room features 20 foot high ceilings and a 100 foot wall of windows facing east. The Grand Room overlooks a beautiful wooded wetlands area. It is one of the largest rooms for rent in Grand Rapids and assuredly the most beautiful. State-of-the-art multimedia features are available with this room, including two suspended video projectors, drop-down screens, quadraphonic sound, hearing loop system and more.
