Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park's Facility Rental team offers professional and courteous service to help make your event a success. Special Information
Rooms are available for rent two years in advance of the event date. A 50% deposit and a signed contract are required to hold a room.
Discounts are available for our Corporate Partners and with multiple-event rentals.
Increased holiday rates apply on New Years Eve, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and all of December.

- What's included in the rental?
- With each rental, you'll enjoy free admission to selected areas of the Gardens for you and your guests. Free parking, tables and chairs, event coordinator & security guard services, and a list of other service options you may require including florists, photographers, ministers, musicians, and more. Full bar service is available for additional fees upon request. Other add-on services may be ordered to accommodate your audio visual needs.
- Am I responsible to clean up the room after the rental?
- No. Every set-up and clean-up will be provided for you with the exception of your personal equipment and decorations.
- Are catering options available?
- Yes. We have professional and courteous caterers waiting to serve you.
