Your rental includes:
- Free admission to selected areas of Meijer Gardens for you and your guests
- Free parking
- Tables and chairs
- Event coordinator and security guard services
- Set-up and clean-up (with exception of your personal equipment and decorations)
- List of other service options you may require, including: florists, photographers, ministers, muscicians, and more
- Other add-on services may be ordered, including audiovisual, catering, and full bar service (additional fees)

For personalized attention, a private tour or to check availability, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call (616) 975-3146. Rooms are available for rent two years in advance of the event date. A 50% deposit and a signed contract are required to secure a room.
