Yinka Shonibare CBE: Planets in My Head
Over the past three decades, Yinka Shonibare CBE (Commander of the Order of the British Empire) has emerged as one of the most imaginative and subversive artists of his generation. The exhibition title Planets in My Head is a metaphor for the artist’s subversive imagination and his artistic journey as a self-described “postcolonial hybrid.”
