DIY Eco-Printed Furoshiki

Learn how to do your part to reduce the excess waste of the holiday season. Join Maddie Ek, Horticultural and Environmental Classes & Events Coordinator, to explore furoshiki—the traditional Japanese art of gift wrapping—then tap into your creative side to create your own reusable eco-printed scarf using plant materials. Take home your creation and knowledge to wrap beautiful, sustainable gifts this holiday season.

Note: This class will be held at the same time as the children’s class, Tags, Bags & More: Upcycled Gifts and Wrappings, to allow children and their adults the opportunity to attend their own age-appropriate holiday gift class simultaneously.
