THIS CLASS IS SOLD OUT!

Homemade Sourdough Bagels (Adults)

Learn the history of sourdough and watch a demonstration on making bagels from scratch. Annie Riddering breaks down the steps to turn her locally made, naturally fermented sourdough into delicious, boiled bagels. Sample an assortment of goods made with sourdough starter while your bagels rise, then customize your half-dozen bagels with various toppings. Leave with your bagels to bake, some of Annie’s favorite recipes and your own sourdough starter for years of culinary creations!
