Mead Making 101

This event is sold out. 

Explore the oldest fermented beverage known to humankind in this unique class offering. Local beekeeper Don Snoeyink will share his recipes for delicious mead using his own honey. Learn the history of mead, the names and uses for each item needed, and—of course—how to make mead yourself! Sample different flavors to see how additions can change the taste and go home with all the tools needed to get started.

NOTE: Students must be 21+ to attend and must show a valid government-issued ID on the day of the event.
