Let your creative side take over designing your own garden landscape, using vegetables, herbs and homemade focaccia sourdough as your canvas. Start class learning the history of sourdough, with a demonstration and tips to create sourdough from scratch. Then get to work creating your own savory edible flatbread as Annie breaks down the steps to turn her locally made, naturally fermented sourdough into a beautiful “garden.” Go home with your creation to bake and some of Annie’s recipes and homemade sourdough starter.
