Leaping Gazelle Fountain

This installation is composed of five different sculptures by the renowned American figurative sculptor, Marshall Fredericks. Part of a gift of 29 works by Fredericks from Fred and Lena Meijer in anticipation of the opening of Meijer Gardens, it is one of the sculptor’s most celebrated works. The stylized form of the animals, sleek planes and strong contours are signature elements of the artist’s style as is the metallic green patina.
