Water Lilies
Water Lilies
Bessie Potter Vonnoh was an American sculptor known for small bronzes and garden fountains. She was among a small, but increasing number of female sculptors of her era. Water Lilies is a very elegant bronze of a young child. Such graceful allegorical figures are typical of her repertoire which were often featured in domestic settings.
