Audiovisual Information

The audiovisual team operates a state-of-the-art audio system. Every room and corridor holds high quality speakers, and combined with cutting edge digital audio processors, the audio system produces superior sound quality for any event. The audiovisual team can cater the audio system to all sound needs.

Many of the event spaces are equipped for the hearing impaired. This means numerous event rooms are able to transmit audio directly from our speaker system to a hearing aid with the appropriate technology.

Event spaces that are equipped with an induction loop system:

  • Hauenstein Room
  • Pfeiffer Room
  • Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Foundation Room
  • Klopcic Family Foundation Room

From corporate meetings to presentations, Meijer Gardens is equipped with ultra-bright, high-resolution projection systems and video monitors that will handle most any digital playback file. Whether your video is a digital file or media disc, the audiovisual team could integrate it into any event to better help the audience visualize a message. Nearly any device, including computers, video players, cameras, iPads and more, may be utilized by our video systems.

Event lighting illuminates the space and helps create the perfect event aesthetic. Creative lighting may be used to transform any event room into an environment tailored to your experience. Combined with staging and backdrop elements such as draping and other lighting tools provided by Meijer Gardens, lighting services can inspire any event. The audiovisual team has access to a wide variety of lighting solutions to help plan your event’s lighting process, from design to delivery.
