As you know, our Gardens & Sculpture Park are a place of beauty and joy. They can also be a place of healing. Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park believes that there is a direct link between the arts, nature and culture to physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. There is a growing amount of scientifically proven evidence that shows that exposure to art increases serotonin levels and changes our outlook on how we experience the world. We all need a place to retreat from the realities of the world and to re-center ourselves.
With a Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park membership, you can enjoy members-only events and exhibition openings, valuable discounts and reciprocal benefits to more than 300 other gardens nationwide through the American Horticulture Society Reciprocal Admission Program. Restrictions apply to the reciprocal program and it is always recommended that you call all gardens before you plan to visit, as each garden has its own distinct admissions policies and hours of operation.

New gift memberships can be purchased online! Simply select Join at the level that you are interested in gifting and you will see a button titled Give As A Gift. Gift memberships begin on the date of purchase and are active through the end of that month the following year. If you would prefer to have the membership cards mailed to you so that you can present as a gift rather than be mailed directly to the gift recipient, please email membership@meijergardens.org.Renewals of gift memberships can also be handled over the phone by contacting the membership department at 616-977-7689, at the Main Admissions Desk, or by mail.
