Peter Randall-Page
Warts and All
British artist Peter Randall-Page is inspired by the study of natural phenomena and its ability to affect our emotions. In Warts and All, he carved a naturally eroded glacial granite boulder with geometric patterns that adapt to the contours of the stone. In the artist’s words: “Geometry is the theme on which nature plays her infinite variations and can be seen as a kind of pattern book on which the most complex and sophisticated structures are based.”
