Youth and Family Nonprofit Grant Assistance Program

Youth and Family Nonprofit Grant Assistance Program

Nonprofit (Youth and Family) Grant Assistance Program

This program allows for up to 10 youth and family nonprofit groups each year to enjoy Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park at no cost

Applications for 2020 will be accepted in the months of January and February and awarded in March for a group visit taking place on a date between April 1 and September 30, 2020. To apply, please fill out the online application at the link below. You will be contacted in the month of March with a decision on whether a grant has been awarded to your organization.

To qualify for a nonprofit grant assistance award, your youth and family nonprofit organization must serve a population of individuals whose opportunity to experience the arts has been historically limited by geography, ethnicity, economics, or disability. These populations include, but may not be limited to: racial and ethnic minorities, English language learners, new and expectant young mothers, individuals with disabilities, and communities which are below the poverty line or geographically isolated.

This award is not available for schools. Please see the student field trips page for information about school group scholarships.
