Full-Time

Provide support through food production and distribution of products and services for Taste of the Gardens Café and on-premise catering operation.  Maintain food sanitation, quality standards and effective communication. Represent Chefs in their absence and reflect the established standards for quality, productivity, professionalism, and customer service.   Work independently as well as with effective direction and support for other staff members, volunteers and vendors.

Part-Time

 A support position for the Taste of the Gardens Café. Responsible for assisting with sales, food production, floor support and customer service through use of the organization’s Guiding Principles. Required to work independently as well as with effective direction and support for other staff members, volunteers and vendors.

Seasonal and Internships

The Human Resources & Volunteer Intern may work on a wide variety of HR and Volunteer projects. This is an unpaid internship working approximately 15 - 20 hours per week. The Intern will receive real-world experience and work samples to build his/her professional portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas to the team and actively engage with the organization. The Human Resources & Volunteer Intern will gain knowledge of the importance of volunteers in a non-profit organization along with a better understanding of human resources day-to-day operations.

Outdoor Education Interns will interact with children and adults in a variety of engaging outdoor activities.

The Seasonal Educator teaches classroom activities primarily for elementary school groups and assists with a variety of tasks associated with the activities.

The Seasonal Gardener (Intern) will assist with the maintenance of indoor and outdoor gardens and displays. The work schedule will include a rotation of weekends and holidays, which will involve some greenhouse, grounds maintenance and landscaping responsibilities.  40 hours per week (up to 12-16 weeks).  Beginning April to May and ending mid to late August.
