The Classroom Activities and Educational Technology Coordinator oversees the development, scheduling, and instruction of classroom activities for school groups and the thoughtful incorporation of educational technology to enrich Education Department programs and initiatives. This is a new staff position created in anticipation of expanded programs associated with the construction of the Covenant Learning Center.

This position is a support position for the Taste of the Gardens Café. Responsible for assisting with sales, food production, floor support and customer service through use of the organization’s Guiding Principles. Required to work independently as well as with effective direction and support for other staff members, volunteers, and vendors.
This position is responsible for making sure Meijer Gardens facilities are in outstanding condition each day and night as relates to cleaning and arrangement per building layouts and event diagrams.
Responsible for setting up, stocking, serving and dismantling catering and, or beverage services for the Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Parks’ Food and Beverage Department. Required to work independently as well as with effective direction and support for other staff members, volunteers, and vendors.
Oversight of all tram functions ensuring excellent customer service to create the “best in class” guest experience. Schedule is primarily Fridays, Saturdays during the day and Tuesday evenings. This position requires a flexible schedule.

This position will assist with all concerts; must maintain excellent customer service qualities and traits to ensure a quality experience for our guests, volunteers, and staff.
This position will provide support through food production and distribution of products and services for summer concert season. Maintain food sanitation, quality standards and effective communication. Represent our premier food service operation and reflect the established standards for quality, productivity, professionalism, and customer service. Work independently as well as with effective direction and support for other staff members, volunteers, and vendors.
As an intern in the Guest Services Department this position will learn to assist with the Fifth Third Bank Summer Concert Series. Through all of these services, establish customer service qualities and traits to ensure a quality experience for our guests, volunteers, and staff.
This position will provide detailed and accurate documentation of inventory for activity associated with concessions.
Education Interns will interact with children and adults in a variety of engaging activities and assist the efforts of the Education department through planning, facilitating, and evaluating various programs.
The Kids' Tram Coordinator position will focus on coordinating Kids’ Tram summer activities. This position is 25 – 30 hours per week, weekdays and/or weekends. The position starts in May to prepare for the summer.
This position will assist in the responsibilities for sculpture conservation and maintenance projects as assigned by the Assistant Curator of Collections/Conservator or the Assistant Conservator. Of primary consideration are the cleaning and maintenance of works in the permanent collection or on temporary display. General assistance with the temporary exhibition program is also of importance.
